Overview
Ayko Technologies LLC provides this page as the company-level data deletion instruction page for Ayko's corporate website, developer accounts, app store accounts, Meta integrations, and shared services that support Ayko products.
Ayko is the parent company behind FaithBridgeCentral and other current or future products. If you are using a specific Ayko product, that product may provide its own deletion controls or instructions. Product-specific instructions should be used when available.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of company-level personal information associated with Ayko, email support@aykotechnologies.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as:
- Your name and contact email.
- The Ayko product, website, or integration related to the request.
- The organization or account name, if applicable.
- Any platform involved, such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google Play, Apple, or another integration.
Meta and social login deletion requests
If your request relates to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or a social login/integration connected to an Ayko service, include the platform name and the email or phone number associated with the account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, one-time codes, or payment information.
What happens next
We will review the request, verify that we can identify the relevant records, and delete or de-identify eligible personal information within a reasonable period. If we need more information to confirm the request, we will contact you using the email address provided.
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, audit logs, backup integrity, or enforcement of our agreements. When we retain information for these reasons, we limit it to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
Product-specific deletion
If a specific Ayko product provides in-app deletion, account closure, administrator controls, or separate deletion instructions, use those product-specific controls first. If you are unsure which policy applies, contact support@aykotechnologies.com and we will route the request.
